Friday Set-up:

  • Vendors must wait to set up until an official Boo-Que representative shows them their allocated location. If a vendor is in an incorrect location, they will be asked to move.
  • Set up begins Friday morning at 9 AM.
  • Vendors must be in allocated location and ready for business by 4:00 PM Friday.
  • Vendors may park their vehicle behind their allocated vendor location. If they choose to do so, the vehicle cannot be moved until after closing hours of that day.

Saturday Set-up:

  • Vendors can start set up at 8 AM and must be in allocated location and ready for business by 11:00 AM Saturday.
  • Vehicles must be off festival grounds or parked behind vendor location by 10:30 AM Saturday. After 10:30 AM, park police will not allow vehicles on festival grounds. If a vendor chooses to park their vehicle behind their booth, it MUST remain there until after closing hours of that day.
  • Because the site of the event is often very breezy, vendors should consider this when making arrangements for their booth. We ask that vendors please bring proper tie-downs for their tents and displays. Any damage due to weather conditions is not the responsibility of the Delaware State Parks or the organizer.
  • Any vendor requiring power must bring at least a 100′ extension cord. Any recepticals other than standard recepticals must be approved by the organizer 48 hours prior to the event.
  • Food vendors must supply their own power unless arrangements are made with the organizer prior to accepting their contract.
  • Any special requests must be made in writing 48 hours prior to the event for review and approval. Please submit requests by email to Darrell Meade at darrell@asapstuff.com.
